Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich(non grilled sandwich)

Veg mayonnaise sandwich is a cold sandwich.It is very simple recipe.You can also give this sandwich to your kids in lunch boxes.You do not need to grill or bake.Lots of vegetables are used to make this yummy recipe.These vegetables include lots of anti oxidants,minerals which are very healthy for our health.
This recipe does not take much time to prepare.To make this recipe,you need just fresh vegetables,bread,mayonnaise and few spices.Your recipe is ready within few minutes.


Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich









Ingredients for making Veg Mayonnaise non grilled sandwich.These ingredients are perfect for making four slices of medium sized bread.


  • Mayonnaise 4-5tsp
  • Bread 4 slices
  • Tomato 2
  • Carrot 2
  • Cucumber 1 medium size
  • Capsicum 1 finally chopped
  • Cabbage shredded 100gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2tsp 
  • Chilly flakes 1/2tsp
  • Dry basil or mixed herbs 1/4tsp
  • Butter 4tsp


Method

Step1
Take a mixing bowl.Add chopped capsicum,shredded cabbage,grated cucumber and carrot.

Step2
Add salt,mayonnaise,red chilly flakes.Mix them well.

Step3
Apply butter on bread slices and put vegetable mixture on it.Close the sandwich by putting another bread slice on it.

Step4
Cut into desired shapes and your veg mayonnaise sandwich is ready to eat.Serve it with sauce or green chutney.
This is very yummy and delicious recipe,even children can make this recipe at home.This recipe is easy to carry during traveling.
