Coconut Burfi is one of the most delicious sweets of India.It is made by using many ways.Some people use condensed milk and some people use mawa(solid milk) or even it is made by using simple full fat milk.Although it is made by using many different ways but it is very tasty by all cooking ways.It is a simple and easy to make home made recipe.It does not take much time to prepare and just 3-4 ingredients enhance the taste of coconut burfi.Here I am describing the simple and easy to make way of making coconut burfi.
Ingredients for making coconut burfi.
Method
Step1
Take 2 fresh coconuts and peel the coconuts very carefully.
Step2
Blend the coconuts after washing it.
Step3
Dry roast for 5-6 minutes or until moisture evaporates.
Step4
Add cream and stir it well.
Step5
add milk.Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Step6
Grease the tray to set the burfi.
Step7
When mixture becomes thick transfer it to greased tray and leave it for 3-4 hours in refrigerator.
Step8
Garnish with pistachios,almond or cashew nuts.

Note-You can also use clarified butter(ghee 2tsp) instead of using cream or malai.

- Cream or home made malai 1/2 cup
- Mawa or dry solid milk 1/2 cup(optional)
