Green Garlic Chutney

Green garlic chutney is very healthy and tasty recipe of winter season as all the season you can't get fresh green garlic.This is mostly available in the month of November to December.Fresh green garlic is full of vitamins.It is very tasty when we use in the form of chutney.Green garlic chutney is very simple and easy to make delicious recipe.You can enjoy this chutney with any snacks,roti,sandwich or paratha.You need just need few ingredients to make this yummy chutney.It improves digestive system and remove constipation.It is just like a medicine.



Ingredients for making Fresh green garlic chutney.


  • Fresh green garlic 100gm.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Green chili 3-4.
  • Roasted chana dal(black split gram)3-4tsp.
  • Roasted cumin(jeera) seeds powder 1/2tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3tsp.
  • Salt to taste.
Step1
Take fresh green garlic.Clean and wash it thoroughly.
Step2
Take half bunch of fresh green coriander leaves.Clean and wash it.
Step3
Roughly chop green garlic and coriander leaves.
Step4
In a blender,add fresh green garlic,chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
Step5
Add salt,roasted chana dal,roasted cumin(jeera)powder.
Step6
Add lemon juice and grind it to fine paste.

Your green chutney is ready to eat.Serve it with hot snacks,patatha,sandwich or even with simple chapattis.
