Sweets are very special in our taste especially children like the taste of sweets very much.They do not bother about the quantity of sweets.They only give priority to their taste.As for as I know nobody completely wants to get rid of sweet,even diabetic patients do not quit sweet completely,due to its yummy taste.Sweets things should be taken to some extent to be healthy and thin.
My this recipe is dedicated to all the children of the world as it is sweet in taste as its name indicates.This recipe would give you the taste of milk,dry fruits,sweets and bread.It is very easy to make.Even children can make it.You can enjoy it at any time.
Ingredients for making sweet sandwich.
Method
Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add sweets(laddu,gulab jamun,burfi,rasgulla or any sweets of your choice but two pieces of syrupy or sticky sweets are necessary.Mix it well.
Step 2
Add chopped dry fruits(almond,raisins,cashew nuts,pistachios and melon seeds).Mix all these things together.
Now your stuffing is ready.
Step 3
It is time to make rabri.Take a pan.Pour milk into it and allow the milk to boil then add sugar, dry fruits of your choice.When it becomes thick, switch off the gas. your rabri is ready.You may add milk powder or corn srarch to thick the milk.
Step 4
Apply butter or cream on bread slices.Put stuffing on it and Close the sandwich by putting another slice on it.
Step 5
Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes or until it changes its colour in toster or sandwich maker.
Step 6
Take out sandwich from sandwich maker.Put it in a plate and pour two three tbsp of rabri on it before serving.
your sweet sandwich is ready.Enjoy it at any time.
Note - Divide the dry fruits in two parts for stuffing and rabri.
You may increase or decrease the quantity of sweets, sugar and dry fruits as per your taste.
