EGG LESS MANGO CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER.

 Mango is favourire fruit of everyone in summer as it is utmost sweet in taste.There are many varieties of mangoes in India.All are the best for eating and making delicious dishes.Mango can be used in many forms as you can make aam panna,mango chutney,mango squash,mango jam,mango powder,aam papad,mango frooti.Even you can make yummy mango cake from mango pulp.That's why it is called the king of fruits.We use mango in making lots of dishes.
Here I am using mango for making mango cake.This is hundred percent veg recipe.Mango cake is very tasty and easy to make delicious recipe.





Ingredients for making Egg less mango cake.



  • Baking powder  1tsp 
  • Baking soda  1/2tsp
  • Refined flour 1 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence  1tsp 
  • White vinegar  1tsp 
  • Mango pulp  1cup
  • salt  a pinch
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter 3/4 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup

Step 1

Take a mixing bowl.Add 1 1/2 cup of refined flour.Sieve it well.

Step 2
Add 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda and salt.Mix it well with the help of spoon or whisk.
Step 3
Pour 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 tsp white vinegar.Mix it well.
Step 4
Add 1 cup of mango pulp and 1/2 cup of curd along with milk butter and sugar.Again mix it well.
Step 5
Take a cake tin and grease it with butter or any vegetable oil of your choice.After greasing sprinkle refined flour inside the cake tin.By applying this method you can easily take out cake from cake tin.
Step 6
Turn on gas and put pressure cooker on the gas on medium flame.Add one cup of salt in the cooker.Let it heat for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Put stand or any plate at the bottom of the cooker.Place cake tin on the stand of plate.
Step 8
Remove gasket and whistle from pressure cooker lid.Close the pressure cooker lid without gasket and whistle.
Step 9
Let it bake for 30 to 35 minutes on low flame.
Step 10
After 30 to 35, check the cake with the help of knife.Put knife in the baked cake,If it comes out clean,It means cake is ready to eat.If it comes out sticky,cook for another 7 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with powdered sugar.Enjoy this yummy cake in summer.
